Our Concrete Installation Process
(1) On-Site Consultation and Proposal

We only pour when temperatures will stay above 40°F for the first several days. Late-season pours get insulated curing blankets, and summer pours get an evaporation retarder so the surface doesn’t dry faster than the slab beneath it.
The crew finishes to your chosen texture, applies a curing compound, and saw-cuts control joints within 12 hours, before the slab can crack on its own. Most residential pours are formed, placed, and finished in one to three days.
(4) Walkthrough and Protective Sealing
Once the slab has cured, we walk the job with you against the proposal and leave a printed care guide covering traffic, de-icers, and first-winter precautions.
Driveways and patios get their silane sealer at around 28 days, once the concrete has cured enough to absorb it. Stamped and colored surfaces should be resealed every 2 to 3 years, and we’ll remind you when it’s due.
